A powerful tool in relaxation and meditation, vocal toning can help you develop and sustain your voice. Toning takes basic vowel sounds and extends them to help you gain confidence in expressing yourself. You will learn basic warm-up exercises, breathing techniques and some basic toning vocal sounds at our unique workshop.
