Expecting? Prenatal yoga is an ideal way for mums-to-be to stay in shape. Not only improving muscle tone and balance, prenatal yoga can help you connect with bub, reduce pregnancy discomfort and help your post-baby body bounce back into shape. Our class also teaches conscious relaxation and breathing in preparation for childbirth.
