With multiple benefits for both mum and bub, our yoga class is the perfect mother/child bonding activity. Our one hour class will take you through a series of yoga poses designed to help you recover after birth, bond with your baby and relax! Join our 8 week course which is suitable for Mums with children 0-2 years.
